The Baines Group of Companies including Baines Surveying Services, bainespryor and Baines Construction was established in 2003 by Ken Baines, BSc, MRICS, Adv Dip Cost Eng, to provide a Client focused cost management service.
With experience gained over 15 years working initially as a Private Quantity Surveyor and then progressing to being the Managing Director of a large Specialist Interior Fit Out Contractor the foundations for the practice were laid.
The concept of the practice was to provide an independent service to Clients on all commercial matters relating to construction and property. Focusing on supporting Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Developers and Property Owners and providing best practice principles to allow them to achieve in delivering to their full potential.
Operating from state of the art offices in Leigh-On-Sea in Essex the practice has been involved in projects across the UK.
